Shipping policy
Delivery timeframes
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days nationwide; major metros (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Gqeberha) are usually on the shorter end of that range.
Delivery costs
Shipping is calculated during Shopify checkout based on your address and chosen method. We aim to keep rates affordable nationwide with The Courier Guy and Pudo.
Pudo locker
Prefer to collect? Choose Pudo at checkout and select your nearest locker or pickup point. Rates are shown and paid during Shopify checkout.
Our couriers
We ship via The Courier Guy and Pudo. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Outlying areas
Deliveries to outlying or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 business days. A surcharge may apply for certain remote regions.
