Returns & refunds
Returns policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Return conditions
Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Opened bottles may only be returned if the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
How to request a return
Email deeversifysa@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your return, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method via PayFast.

Prefer a different size or product? We're happy to exchange unopened items — just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
